NeuroAdvantage provides private, and Access to Work funded support, coaching and therapy to people with mental health, long covid, ADHD, Autism and other cognitive conditions. We provide independent workplace assessments to help employees and people who are self employed identify the support needed to be able to work. We offer a UK only service at this stage. We also offer advice to employers around managing staff that have disabilities and provide workforce training and inclusion strategies.

FAQs

You will need to be registered as self employed with HMRC and develop a basic business plan when you apply to Access to Work. You need to be able to confirm that you will earn over £6,000 a year. Join our Free Business Club for advice on Facebook on building your business plan.

No, we are an ABA free zone. We do not have any ABA trained coaches or therapists.

Your employer will need to be involved if you are applying to Access to Work, but they won’t need to know the content of your therapy or support. Sometimes this can feel like a vulnerable place if you haven’t told your employer. If you genuinely feel at risk you can pay to see us privately. You can read more in our blog article here.
