Peggy Cheyo

Non-Executive Director

Throughout my career, I’ve helped people gain knowledge, feel confident, and make positive changes in their lives; from education with children, to working with refugees in retraining in the education sector to gain qualifications for when they would be able to return home, as well as supporting people through the vulnerable time of pregnancy and early parenthood. Over the years, I found myself doing more and more individual support both through work and volunteer positions and found coaching approaches working more efficiently. This led me to train in a certification in Life coaching. I have loved partnering with clients in the last two and a half years in helping them understand what they want to achieve in life and reach their goals. I have also been working with Neurodivergent clients, many of whom discovered their ADHD/Autism as adults after struggling with depression, anxiety and other mental ill health for years. I help them to understand how to create change in their life to navigate the complexity of ADHD symptoms after years of masking. I am passionate in guiding people towards making choices and changes to live a life where they feel happy, empowered and fulfilled.

Anne-Marie Douglas

Associate Consultant

I have direct lived and learned experience in embedding lived experience in organisations, and a trauma informed and empathic approach. I deeply understand the theory and practice of embedding lived experience practice ethically and meaningfully in organisations, and can share learning on using a ‘co-production continuum’ that allows for movement between different ‘types’ of involvement that is really helpful for services who connect with and engage those most marginalised, for varying degrees of time, and with varying communication and access needs. I can use a well honed coaching model to support organisations as they go on their journeys to deepen service user involvement that fits their local context and creates ownership. As Founder of Peer Power Youth, I have implemented ‘Shared Decision Making’ circles across the organisation based on sociocratic principles. I have also worked with Esmee Fairbairn on designing support for Lived Experience Leaders.

Our Mission & Vision

NeuroAdvantage offers therapy and coaching services tailored for employers and individuals with neurobiological or physical differences, including conditions like ADHD, autism, long Covid, and various mental health challenges. We recognize that many individuals with these diagnoses may also experience other conditions, such as ME/CFS or Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. While we provide support for physical disabilities, we primarily focus on referrals to specialists for these areas.

Our services include group and individual coaching aimed at helping people manage long-term health challenges. Our key focuses are:

Assessing individual needs

Assisting with health management at work

Supporting employers in making reasonable accommodations

Reducing anxiety and work-related stress

Guiding individuals toward self-employment, career changes, or a phased return to work

Helping those furthest from the workplace reintegrate into employment

We also offer innovative consulting and training to foster inclusive environments where everyone can thrive. Our goal is to empower communities through financial independence and employability. Additionally, we provide coaching services specifically for individuals diagnosed with ADHD and autism. Looking ahead, we aim to establish an autism enterprise hub in Buckinghamshire to further support our community.
