Anna Day FRSA
Founding Director
I have worked for nearly 22 years in the charity sector, and have trained and coached leaders from across small, national and international organisations. I’m a transformational leadership coach, and a consultant, a qualified Hypnotherapist and mental health expert, and was a CEO for a decade in regional charities whilst raising my autistic son. I’ve worked in local, national and international development in homelessness, housing, advice, youth and families mental health and education development, in schools, higher education and further education. I have raised £22m for charities and counting! I am hoping to undertake an ADHD coaching Diploma with the ADHD Foundation this autumn and am qualified in autism support and Behaviour that challenges.

A global motivational speaker, Zulfi has spoken in multiple countries and for a number of leading institutes including Ashridge, Future Cities Forum, University of Bradford Management School, Loyalty World Europe, Oxford Brookes University and the NHS.
Zulfi offers individual coaching to Managing Directors and CEO’s on business coaching and mentoring, leadership and management development, and business change and transformation.

Rachel is a Senior Recruiter with the Bridge Care, recruiting into care and learning disability support roles across Yorkshire, and Managing Director of the Career Cabin Ltd, a community based organisation that supports local schools and colleges with career advice; and former managing director and founder of My Work History and Community Cabin Foundation CIC, helping people from marginalised or disabled backgrounds into employment, working with local Job centres.
An expert recruiter and employee engagement specialist, she also has significant expertise in apprenticeship programmes, she is also PEAT Project Advisory Board Member; Member of the The Towns Plan Board for Castleford Bid; and Enterprise Advisor and Careers coaching for local schools.
Rachel has a person centred approach to mentoring and coaching teams; is a DEI champion and expert knowledge in Right to work compliance and awareness around modern slavery responsibilities.

As an ICF and BPS accredited coaching psychologist with lived experience of disability I am a lifelong advocate for social justice, and the importance of seeing beyond the label. I am passionate about supporting people improve their wellbeing so they can live both life, and work, to the fullest. I have done this in numerous ways including social enterprise, community sports, mentoring, research, and now coaching. I have a 1st class honours degree in psychology, an MSc in applied positive psychology, and a PhD in behaviour change, health inequalities and health communication. Over the past 15 years, I have worked in the third sector as a director, where I have honed my leadership and management skills. As a neurodiversity and mental health coach, I use my diverse experience and expertise to empower individuals and teams to achieve their goals. With a strong focus on positive psychology and effective communication, I can help clients overcome obstacles, develop new skills, and achieve lasting success.

I am a passionate, CPD and ICF-accredited Neurodiversity Trainer with over eight years of professional and personal experience supporting and educating around neurodivergence. With both academic knowledge and lived experience of Autism and ADHD, I bring a deep, empathetic understanding to every training session. I deliver dynamic, accessible, and highly tailored workshops to a wide range of organisations including education, healthcare, NHS, third sector, charities, and corporate teams.
Also a registered Disability Impact Trainer for Access to Work, I am committed to fostering inclusive environments and equipping teams with practical, real-world strategies that lead to meaningful change.
Alison is a CPD accredited ADHD Practitioner, a qualified SEND Practitioner and Neurodivergent Therapist and has OCN Level Four Understanding and Applying Good Practice with People with Autism.

With a 20-year career working directly to improve inclusion and accessibility within nonprofits, cultural organisations and charities, she now uses her professional expertise and lifetime of lived experience to assist workplaces of all sizes via consultancy, facilitation, keynote speaking and coaching with a positive yet no-nonsense approach to inclusion and anti-ableism.
An experienced trainer and facilitator, Kathryn is adept at delivering virtual and in-person learning to colleagues at all levels, from frontline colleagues to C-Suite Execs and also volunteers. Kathryn ensures an inclusive environment and accessible content.

Workplace reasonable adjustment assessments: support employees with health conditions, disabilities, or neurodiversity, offering clear, proportionate recommendations aligned with Equality Act duties.
Comprehensive functional workplace assessments: take a holistic view of an employee’s role, health, and functional capacity, identifying tailored solutions to support attendance, productivity, and sustainable return to or retention in work. and provide individual recommendations that allow the individual to stay in work and be successful.
My wheelchair skills training provides individuals with the necessary skills and confidence to perform effectively in work, personal, and social situations. Which improves their self-esteem and quality of life.

Catherine is a Specialist Executive Neurominority Coaching Practitioner with a decade of extensive experience in Psychology, Mental Health, and Neuro-differences. Her professional journey encompasses a broad range of roles, including serving as an Assistant Psychologist, an Employment Support Neurominority Specialist, an Inpatient Mental Health Nursing Auxiliary, and a Therapeutic Group Facilitator for an Addictions Support Day Programme. Currently, Catherine dedicates her expertise to offering individualised neurodiverse strategy coaching.

I am a certified Business Psychologist with over two decades of experience working across private and public sector organisations, as well as in consultancy. My background focuses on understanding behaviour, performance, and personal development. I’m also a trained ADHD coach with lived experience of neurodivergence, which deepens my empathy and insight into the diverse ways people think, process, and engage with the world.
I take a supportive, non-judgemental approach to coaching, creating a space where clients feel deeply understood and validated. I recognise that every neurodivergent person is an individual, so I work collaboratively with clients to develop personalised strategies that align with their goals, strengths, and everyday lives.
My focus is on building sustainable habits, enhancing self-awareness, and increasing confidence. Whether clients are navigating work, relationships, or daily challenges, I aim to provide practical tools and encouragement that support meaningful, lasting change.

Our Mission & Vision
NeuroAdvantage offers therapy and coaching services tailored for employers and individuals with neurobiological or physical differences, including conditions like ADHD, autism, long Covid, and various mental health challenges. We recognize that many individuals with these diagnoses may also experience other conditions, such as ME/CFS or Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. While we provide support for physical disabilities, we primarily focus on referrals to specialists for these areas.
